Lantern Lighting CeremonyMt. Moriah Cemetery 3rd Annual Lantern Lighting Ceremony The Union Township Board of Trustees and Mt. Moriah Cemetery staff are pleased to announce the 3rd Annual Mt. Moriah Lantern Lighting Ceremony from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 11, at Mt. Moriah Cemetery, 608 Mt. Moriah Drive. This moving ceremony is becoming a tradition in the township. Amidst a backdrop of one of the most beautiful cemeteries in the area, guests design floating lanterns with materials provided by staff, including plywood platforms, rice paper and candles.
