The survey returned after a child car seat installation gave a perfect score of 3 (Exceeded Expectations) to Firefighter Schloemer.
Barb and Charles Rood wrote: "Our first interaction with the Fire Department - just moved into UT (Union Township) a year ago. Very Impressed!"

 

 

Lt Vicki Conneighton

April


In response to an education detail provided by Lt. Vicki Conneighton in April, 2012, Linda Harp, of the Mt. Moriah Ark of Learning, rated the lieutenant at 2.52 out of a possible (2 being "Met Expectations" and 3 being "Exceeded Expectations"). Ms. Harp followed up with this note: "Because I have had Lt. Conneighton and the CPR training before, I knew that she was top-notch in her technique and delivery of instruction, as well as her interpersonal interactions. So, now, I expect top-rated training, and this is what Lt. Conneighton delivers."

In response to a survey after an emergency medical service detail, Mr. James Bortle gave an overall score of 2.83 out of a possible 3.0. While Mr. Bortle gave a score of 2 out of 3 (met expectations) on 4 out of 34 questions, he wrote: "Outstanding service with quality people."

 

 

Lt. Vicki Conneighton

In a survey returned by Sergeant Mike Mills of the Union Township Police Department rated Fire Lieutenant Vicki Conneighton on her education detail for the P.D. This was the biannual CPR recertification for the police department.

 

Sgt. Mills rated the lieutenant a perfect three out of three (exceeding expectations) and underscored the following categories: "Length of time between request for service and delivery." "Meeting scheduling needs."

 

He wrote, "Lt. Conneighton was very flexible in the scheduling of 56 personnel. Excellent job!" He further stated that, in order to accommodate these officers on their various shifts, Lt. Conneighton even scheduled 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. classes to accommodate third shift officers.

In a customer service survey returned by Carol Casey after she was tended by fire/EMT personnel who happened to be on scene, she rated the department "3," the highest designation of exceeding expectations. She consistently wrote "great" on the survey, and ended by writing, "Thanks to all. God Bless."

Dick Ostendorf, past chairman of the Stuart Luginbuhl American Legion Post 72 in Mt. Carmel, gave the department a perfect score in all areas after an education detail. He added, "Excellent in all areas." Gina M. DiMario
