In March, Susan Bans utilized the Fire Department for an in-home safety inspection, as well as an installation of a child passenger seat. Ms. Bans returned the Customer Satisfaction Survey, rating the department a perfect three out of three (Exceeded Expectations) and added this note:

"We really appreciate your help in evaluating our fire safety needs for our new home."

FF: Lt. Vicki Conneighton

For an education detail provided by Lt. Conneighton to Glen Este High School, teacher Joan Stear scored the lieutenant a perfect three out of three, denoting "exceeding expectations." Ms. Steal also wrote, "Lt. Vicki and her team are always friendly, professional and dedicated, (especially with) dedication to Glen Este High School health education students. Thank you for your continued service."

Mr. R. Bollinger rated the Union Township Fire Department a perfect three out of three in allcategories in the survey he returned following emergency medical service for his wife, Gladys."I was very pleased with the service my wife received," Mr. Bollinger wrote.

In a response to the Customer Satisfaction Survey sent after an emergency medical service run,Paul Napolitano rated a perfect "3" for all categories except two non-applicable items. His closingremark was, "EMS responders are top notch!"
