Ron Campbell was appointed Fiscal Officer by the Union Township Board of Trustees in October, 2006, to fill the unexpired term of Rozanne Evans, who retired Oct. 31.

Prior to that appointment, Mr. Campbell was appointed to fill the unexpired term of Matthew Beamer on the Union Township Board of Zoning Appeals, in April, 2006.

An employee of The Ford Motor Company for 13 years, Mr. Campbell has been involved in his community his entire life. He has held many positions in the J.B. Covert Masonic Lodge 437, where he has been active for 20 years, including past master and trustee. He is also an active member of the Scottish Rite, Valley of Cincinnati; the Syrian Shrine, John H. Campbell Council, Amelia; the Batavia Chapter of Royal Arch Masons; and a Knight in the Cincinnati Commandery #3. Mr. Campbell is a member of the Republican Central Committee and was elected to Union Precinct R.

Born and raised in Union Township, Mr. Campbell has remained here with his wife of 21 years, Kathi, to raise their two children, now both in college.
